'New thinking required', claims Motivational Speaker

Internationally Acclaimed Motivational Speaker have called on Leaders worldwide to “look outside the book” in the context of meeting their current challenges.

“The fact is that the “establishment” have had a major role in creating the problems that exist today – why are the same people being asked to solve them? Remember what Einstein said – you cannot solve problems with the thinking that created them?” argues Kelly.

“I believe we should spread the net wider for ideas on how to move forward from business leaders to communities, to the ‘leaders of tomorrow’ - yes our youth, who are probably our most creative asset currently. Ideas from the grassroots should replace the traditional top down model,” added Kelly.

Kelly who will be addressing audiences in the US, Korea and Hong Kong over the next two months; also spoke of the need for Leaders and Governments to lead the way in the context of designing a compelling vision for their country.

“Who are we? What is unique about us? What can we bring that is unique and exceptional to World markets – these are the questions that need answering. From these answers, a compelling vision can be designed,” claims Kelly.

“Cuts in wages and services are a little more acceptable when a person knows there is light at the end of the tunnel – when they know that it is necessary in the context of achieving the vision. Cuts on their own cause major discontent,” said Kelly.
Kelly has just launched his new book “Basics before Buzz – managing in challenging times.” The book is a follow on to his best selling publications “How?
