In the latest edition of his One Minute Video Clinic, Kevin Kelly, International Speaker & Best selling Author suggests that renting-a-crowd or bringing people together may be the way to go forward in the contact of jump-starting the creative juices in an organisation. Bringing in a team of people from diverse backgrounds, from outside the organisation could be the catalyst for increasing the pipeline of new ideas.
