Some guidelines:
1. Ask for what you want, not what you don’t want!
2. Write it down using the correct brain language!

Writing down your goals is incredibly important for a few reasons.
Number one reason is that writing and subconscious commitment tend to go hand in hand.
Also when you write, you record three inputs into your short term memory, thus tripling the possibility of sinking your desired reality into your subconscious.
Finally by placing your written dream over your workspace, or on the back of a business card for ongoing review, you start the process of focusing on the dream.
3. Set a deadline!
Dont be a gonna doer – commit to achieving your dream by a certain date.
4. Detail all the reasons why you want to achieve your dream – the more reasons, the more motivated you will be to stay the trip.
5. Ensure that your goals are a reflection of your values. If you had 72 hours to live would you pursue any of your current goals? Your most important values must underpin your dreams if you want to stay motivated.
