Constructive paranoia - Video Blog
Introducing the “One minute Clinic” - the aim is to provide cutting edge ideas to Leaders/Managers/Entrepreneurs/ Business people in one minute flat!
In this first entry, the need to adopt what I describe as a policy of constructive paranoia if our intention is to stop the employee braindrain from our organisations, and indeed build on, and retain existing customers.
In future entries, I will look at new ways to jumpstart creativity and the flow of ideas in the workplace; promote and develop a more entreprenurial culture in house; the need to choose character not celebrity when you are recruiting your leaders; the limitations of knowledge in the context of entrepreneurship, and many;many more exciting ideas.
Enjoy the trip and please share and discuss the ideas with others.
