According to a Rutgers and

University of

Connecticut poll in 2002 58% of workers believed that most top executives placed their own interest ahead of the companys, and that only 33% of their bosses had the firms best interests at heart. Accepting these findings, it is hard to see these executives empowering or inspiring their team.

Is that the truth?

In one study conducted by Bain and OC, eighty per cent of executives believed they were doing a great job serving the customer - only eight per cent of customers agreed!
