Research conducted by George Preti, at the Monell Chemical Senses Centre in Philadelphia, and published in the New Scientist magazine has shown that smelling someones armpits can relieve your stress!
Don't all rush off to your colleague at the one time please!
Researchers exposed 18 females to extracts from the armpit sweat of six men in an experiment.
The volunteers felt "less tense" and "more relaxed" as they sniffed!
Laughing, Meditating, doing what you love, reading, walking.....sniffing!
What a wonderful world.
