Just came across a DTI survey of 1500 managers who were asked what attribute do they value most in a leader.
"Inspiration" was the popular answer given by fifty five per cent of the sample.
Only eleven per cent of exising leaders possessed that winning ingredient according to the sample.
The two most noted attributes that existing managers possessed were "knowledgeable" and "ambitious."
Choose a job you love, focus on contribution/ making a positive difference in both your internal and external customer's lives, and society as a whole, and you too will inspire the masses.
