Wordwide Resolutions that work

Fifty-six percent of people around the world will be making a New Year’s resolution for 2007. Setting New Year’s resolutions is most popular within Asia where 65 percent say they will be making one, however only 39 percent admit they expect to stick to it.

Note:
If your goals are a reflection of your values and interests, you are less likely to throw in the towel. If your focus from the outset is on failure, dont bother setting goals.

Getting more exercise and achieving a better work/life balance both top New Year’s resolutions lists in every region of the world, according to the ACNielsen global online survey of more than 22,000 consumers in 46 countries.

Among those who will be making a New Year’s resolution, 62 percent are pledging to exercise more and 51 percent are aiming for better work/ life balance.

Here are a few goals you may consider in 2007, that will help to jumpstart your potential:

1. Learn how to quieten your mind - you will start to see the world as it is - one of infinite potential.

2. Discover your life's purpose. When you are living on purpose, you will experience, flow, fulfilment, provision, meaning and magic.

3. Make sure one of your goals is to help others achieve theres. The universe works perfectly - what you give out, you get back in abundance.
